Right of Withdrawal and Return

NOTE  In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. emiria grants the following right of return voluntarily as a customer service.

1. Return period

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt without stating a reason.

2. Requirements

• Products are in unused condition and fit for resale

• Original packaging is present where possible

• For hygiene reasons, opened products may be excluded from return to the extent permitted by law

3. Return process

Before returning, please contact us at info@emiria-hair.com. We will send you return shipping instructions.

4. Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method. Our customer service will inform you about the assumption of return shipping costs as part of the return instructions.
